All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are made to order, limited edition, or seasonal—all sales are final.

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Preference changes

Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Include your order number in your message

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly correct the issue.


Shipping Issues

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as Delivered but lost or stolen
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.


Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely production. Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
